I'm doing pretty much all right. Right now, things seem to be going on and off; really happy for a few days, then usually something comes up that brings back memories or something, and I get sad and a lot of symptoms come back for a few days. I suppose I should get used to that. It's probably to be expected... A lot of things have been happening lately that make me think about things I'd rather not remember. I still haven't had a nightmare in a while, but I had a sad dream or two lately, that's all. I'll be just fine.

Good to hear from you! And happy that things are "pretty much all right."
I am going through a tough time right now too...and as it is said,
This too shall pass. There is a thread on here about Nightmares...you may want to look at it if you wish.
