Acupuncture

Hope it's okay to post this here:

A few weeks ago I booked an appointment online for (what I thought was) a massage....I didn't realize I had signed up for acupuncture instead...never done it before, but I was like what the heck...so I did it...I think I like it better than a massage! It helps with relaxation and taking the edge off from anxiety, tension, etc.....it's said to help w/ pain relief too....anyway, just thought I would share

Funny it never would've occurred to me to try it, but now I'm glad I did!

I abhor needles!

Glad it worked out! Sometimes cool things come out of mistakes🤓

I've doing acupuncture since I was 17. It's great but kind of expensive to keep up. The needles just barely touch the skin, but I'm not bothered by needles. I find it helpful when I can afford it.
