Supplements that work...i.e you feel the effect?

Hi guys. I thought it might be a good idea to make a list of supplements where you can feel an effect, like you feel that they are working to lift your mood.

For me niacin works. I get a flush and definitely feel better afterwards. I also like juicing, as lots of bits quickly absorbed seems to give me a boost.

I take enzymes for digestion. They definitely help with that.

I recently had a complete good work-up done and was VERY anemic, low on B12, Vitamin D and thyroid. I’m feeling better after just a month on everything.

One supplement I take, have for over a year, that helps a lot is Omega 3 (fish oil). I don't 'feel' anything but it's improved my memory and ability to process information.

I have been adding collagen powder to my coffee every morning for a couple of months. My achy knee and shoulder are feeling better. Not miracle healed, but definitely better.
