The binge drinking....the anxiety next day....the insomnia at night.....a vicious cycle to a vicious cycle of ending .....a vicious cycle.....it doesn’t work.....

Hey intro, it's been awhile, good to see you here again. So how about staying and putting an end to this cycle?

Yeah, repeating the same behavior over and over and expecting different results is frustrating. I can relate ... the only way to get off the merry go round is to change the behavior.

Once you do that, you'll find it does work!

Change is hard, but I found living the way I was even harder.
