Stomach issues

Ughhh stomach knotted up and ive been throwing up for two days in the morning.

Any tips on this without medical advice?

Dr says its anxiety so no need to go back.

Sorry to hear you're hurting. My only suggestion would be calming yourself at night and in the morning with prayer & meditation, you have thousands of resources available for it.

there are some over the counter meds you can try yo. Odansetron and Omeprazole...great for nausea...

but you should see a therapist and pyschiatrist for anxiety medication or see your primary if it's really bugging you.

Stomach upset

I understand, Nexium helps me. I had daily morning vomiting for a number of years before I started taking it. I resisted taking anymore meds but in the end it did work. You can buy it over the counter.

I wish I could of just gotten over it by, well I don't know how but to get my anxiety under control would of been good but it didn't happen.
