Anyone here had ECT for severe anxiety?

Just wondering about options etc

P.S I am in a very anxious state right now so please no horror stories about anxiety, I just need to hear opinions on ECT. I don't mean any offense by that but I am very vulnerable right now and easily toppled over.

Questions about such serious treatments, I advise are best directed to a doctor. Also please be careful about Dr Google, a little bit of overwhelming knowledge can be unhelpful.
