Black is not an owner of an M-134 .. or have any currant -
-- Dillon Aero - affiliation - at this time -
- emails to Chris were exchanged years ago -- me asking about employment ..
-- He called me back on the phone and we talked about the gun and how I was impressed
by the retooling .. but he did not do the op or demo side of things .. just made the tools so .. no job there ..

.. as that was all precision machine work using cad and cnc stuff .. a factory .. I wanted to .. fly again ..

.. I wanted to fly again ..

Well that was something to behold.

Thanks for the music Blacky even the gun images which reminded me of Vietnam, carpet bombs, lazy dogs, napalm and agent orange. Bullets in heads, kids melting B52's and I think GE shipped in the body bags. All part of the service.

War gives everyone PTSD.

I liked School of Fish, kids are good. Liked it all really except that heavy metal stuff from chaotic studios. OK for a look in.......

Hope there's no goofies in dizzneyland Blacky might have to make friends with the Beagle Boys and Gyro Gearloose. This is awful, gaol can't be an option. SCRAM. Best of a bad world.

Maybe you will fly again. See Tom Petty, Learning to Fly. "Coming down is the hardest thing."

Thanks again for the music. Glad you are OK.

Good movies?

I worked all day yesterday doing side jobs. Made some decent money and took my wife out to dinner. It was also my daughter's Senior prom so we took pictures of her and the group of couples she went with. They're all so grown up now!

My wife and I are serving with the hospitality table at church today. Then I'm working again this afternoon. We hope to make it to an outdoor concert tonight if the weather improves.

A few years, did get off for about two weeks not long ago but started feeling really awful mentally. Since this is my day 1 sober from alc. I am not going to jump off the clon just yet. Have some Dr appointments scheduled and a substance abuse councilor set up.

I am kind of shaking and sweating right now as well as chain smoking.
Lot of coffee, might not be good but I have some juice or decaf green tea on hand next.

Sometime I think I will have an appetite.

Early morning here and not a lot to report outside of good sobriety and still not smoking tobacco.

Today has been 3 weeks and nowhere near as difficult as my previous
5 million attempts. It really does save a lot of money. Cigarettes here are on average $20 a packet. Supposed to act as a deterrent to people either starting or forcing them to Quit. It works. But you need to be poor. Haha

In a few years it's predicted that people will by paying $40 a pack. A perverse way of eating the rich haha. Naturally the unemployed and working poor are jacking up but it'll be good for them in the end. We all know these types can't make sound decisions about their lives.....

Feeling more motivated today and have few things on the agenda so that's a start.

Glad you both had a good weekend with kids and family. Movies, proms, dinner.....

Forgot to ask kzaug but assumed your husband's return to the research department was a simple aberration? Fantastic.

Time for breakfast.

Have a great day everyone.

Congrats on Day 1 SSG. The first cut is the deepest. The next 5 billion don't hurt nearly as much. Said with irony.

Seriously, very glad to hear you have stopped. Never bloody works but understand from my own experience that possessing the knowledge is sometimes not enough to deter. Finish up saying F it and throw caution to the wind. Oh, well more learning. I'm a slow learner. There is something to be said for over intellectualising.

I became all weird and twisted coming off prescription meds too and I can't afford to be anymore queer and twisted. I'm trying to lift my game.

Good idea to continue meds until all else is in order. It's not a Federal Offence or anything. Need to take care of self first.

Me, no appetite either but bat on as usual and will try to eat those lamb chops tonight. Ugh.

You will start to feel better detox wise as the days progress......lots of rest, water and Thiamine.

Glad you have linked up here SSG you will find people very good and very supportive. We're all in this together. Welcome.

Smile

Hope you're good too Winslow. Nowadays "good" to me feels not dead, haha

After about a week of quitting cigarettes I could smell the rank stench coming off people's clothing, its gross. Besides my right lung was starting to feel "heavy". Hope I can keep up this good run. Might be able to afford food now. Shite. Can't help myself.

Glad to see you back on deck (is good?) and my best wishes to everyone.
