I have tried a lot of different techniques for anxiety, and I have found Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to be the most effective for me.
Also, meditation and practicing mindfulness techniques have also helped.
All of the above are related - basically just accepting reality and allowing your thoughts to be there without trying to change them.
