I hope it's ok to share a medication that has helped me with alcohol craving. It's Lyrica and has made a huge difference to me. I also am doing AVRT, but am new to both.
10 days sober.
Just looking for input on either of these, Lyrica... AVRT.

I assume that Lyrica is a DOCTOR-PRESCRIBED medication. Is that the case?

I just searched and Lyrica has some serious withdrawal reactions come quitting time.
