There are many pages on this. Its just related to saying yes to my needs sometimes over politely enduring for little reason.


This is my line of thinking , so many times I have wanted to just go for the door and didn't and spent 35 minutes or more enduring some wicked anxiety just counting the seconds till the meeting is over.

Why have I done this ?


Is the 15 seconds of more anxiety it caused by the act of leaving that bad to endure 35 or so more minutes in a bad state ?

Its not always Like that in the meetings but sometimes I really get "stuck" even when what I really want to do is bail.


I shouldn't ditch at the slightest discomfort ... Its that "stuck" I have to overcome I guess.
