Examples of Overrating to Anxiety.

I found this interesting. . .

So this last week everyone in my house got the stomach flu. I think it's weird, we all had the same thing, but for me it was different. My anxiety runs wild. In my head I think all kinds of things are wrong with me. I keep asking... Does yours feel like this?.... Did you do this?.... Do you do that?.... In my mind something is way wrong with me. There's no way I just have the same thing everyone else has. And of course I start feeling better and realize that I was letting my anxiety run wild.

A perfect example of how anxiety can make little things turn into big things. So unnecessary when your mind does this to you. Just wanted to share this experience and say that I hate how anxiety does this to my mind. But hey today I'm feeling great. Got out and went on a mile walk.

Yes, it can do that. You can make things that are not a problem into a huge problem.
