Not sure if the CBT book I like by Obitz is or not? You can probably inquire through it's website and get an answer though.

I have recommended it to others in my meetings just to help them fight their cravings and many have had success with them. They really do enable you to change the way you process your thoughts to make them less anxiety causing. Hope this is useful for some of you here.
Thanks for the recommendation.

FWIW, I wholeheartedly second this recommendation. The TEA forms have been a lifesaver for me.

So good to hear from you candygirl! I am doing better than ever and apologize for being awaybut sometimes I get selfish when I am feeling so good. I know it is important to come and try and help others and will try to do better. How are you doing?

No need to apologize and not selfish at all We are all only human after all!

Hey JBR,
I have to laugh because you apologized for being away for a few months and now I just realized I have not posted in over a full year. Now I see what you meant about being selfish when you feel good, but I don't think of it as selfish so much as taking advantage of feeling better

I hope you and everyone else here are well and would love to hear how you are doing these days?
