I have been using the TEA form exercise from the book Been There, Done That? DO This! by Sam Obitz for the past ten months and if you work on them daily they can get rid of most of your anxiety and improve your quality of life a lot in a reasonably short period of time. I have recommended it to others in my meetings just to help them fight their cravings and many have had success with them. They really do enable you to change the way you process your thoughts to make them less anxiety causing. Hope this is useful for some of you here.

So good to hear from you candygirl! I am doing better than ever and apologize for being awaybut sometimes I get selfish when I am feeling so good. I know it is important to come and try and help others and will try to do better. How are you doing?

Hey JBR,
I have to laugh because you apologized for being away for a few months and now I just realized I have not posted in over a full year. Now I see what you meant about being selfish when you feel good, but I don't think of it as selfish so much as taking advantage of feeling better
I hope you and everyone else here are well and would love to hear how you are doing these days?
