Hi Margo...... Thanks for thinking of me.... I have been watching funny movies, as that helps me get through the days as well as the Epilim which I have been taking has been helping me sleep better....... Epilim is a drug used to treat Epileptics, but it is also used to treat Mania, which I suffer from.... My favourite funny actors are Ben Stiller, Adam Sandler, Owen Wilson, Rob Schneider & Will Ferrell..... God Bless you Margo.... |
I like that idea, Simon! I was just thinking yesterday how depressing the news can be sometimes - war and global warming and missing children and on and on. I decided to watch a comedy when I went to bed last night and it was good to forget about all the bad stuff and laugh for a change. I really like Ben Stiller and Adam Sandler too, and Woody Allen is one of my favourite actors. I'm so pleased to hear that your new medication is helping, especially with your sleep.
