a quick hello...

I see most here are doin pretty good,keep at it.Life on the other side still suks,drinking helps nothing.I started seein a psychologist/counselor recently,have had some sober days but alcohol is still a big interest in my life,sorry to say.Not gonna seek sympathy so i will stop short on this post.Hope everyone keeps at their goals,Peace

It's great to have you pop in Patrick. I'm glad you did. It sounds to me as if you are taking big steps in finding a better way of life. Take things one day at a time. Keep doing what you are doing and more resolve will come your way. Work with the counseler, get to the root of the problem. Hopefully, ridding yourself of the booze will follow. I wish you luck and come back soon.

Glad to see you checking in. I hope talking with a councelor helps clear your head a bit so you can see a new direction and actually start heading that way. I know you want it.
