I'm trying to take advantage fo the fact that my calorie intake is down to adjust my intake of other calorific things.
So I am reducing the sugar in tea and coffe, by only a small amount I should say (!), and not loading up with Green Blacks' chocolate, but still having some!
I eat one less pitta bread with lunch, and bulk out meals with greens.
Amid all this I am trying to keep my protein levels where they should be for someone who is active at work, and also making sure the fibre content of food is high.
And alcohol? Hasn't had a look-in to ruin my work, I'm pleased to say. You never know, I might just fit those new trousers I bought the other week!
