You just reminded me that today is 6 months for me which I would have totally spaced out on and forgotten. And, thanks to EVERYBODY at SR for being here, there, across time zones and beyond boundaries in recovery. you all are a part of my experience, strenght and hope now.

I have held this day as a goal of sorts because Iread somewhere awhile back, I think it was something in a post by the brilliant CarolD, that after 6 months sobriety, our brain chemistry normalizes.
