Legs ache

Just curious, I have quit drinking for about two weeks, and I have been having bad pains in my legs and lower back (not excruciating, but not very comfortable, either). I am taking Librium, which has a a slight muscle relaxant quality, and thought I might have been pushing my muscles too far. (I am on my feet and walking all day). Is this a normal symptom of withdrawal, and if so, what can I do about it?

I think you should tell your doctor of your concerns.

I think a check up is a wise move in early recovery...
and your eyes and teeth might need attebtion as well.

We drinkers often ignore our bodies when boozing,

Blessings
