Thanks DG. I'm trying to savor those rare moments when I feel really good. They seem to be fleeting right now, but they are there. And sometimes the crying feels good too, I have to admit.

It was breezy here on the open plain about two hours ago - all that westside hot air trying to squueeeeezzzzzeee through that narrow pass! Hang on to yer hat!

I sure as hell know that feeling, let it out DK. When I cried with the hypnotherapist he made me feel like it was a fresh mountain stream, cleansing.

Thanks Brigid. Day 10 here. I'd love to hear more about hypnotism. Don't fully understand it. I'm off to work, but will be back on a break.
