I was gone for a couple months and I can definately say it is so good to be back. I thought I was missing something, missing the fun. I know drinking is not for me and I'm kinda glad I did go back out because now I know. I am definately an alcoholic no question. Its a good feeling. Although I don't recommend going back out and testing it. I hardly remember the end of my wedding night. But if that didn't happen then I wouldn't be sober, so I don't have regrets. I realized I wasn't going to enough meetings, I wasn't reading the books, and I didn't call someone when I wanted to drink. I am about 15 days sober. Its hard to start over, but great to be sober!

Sometimes we just have to have those “what if” questions answered. The Big Book itself says that if you are in doubt, try some controlled drinking. You got your answer though and that’s good. Welcome back.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

I went 3 months sober and started again and now have stopped again. I know what you mean, going back has confirmed that I am an alcoholic, I feel so determined now. I just wish I could freakin sleep:P
