I went to the grocery store the other day and at the checkout line my daughter said loudly "Mommy, you forgot to buy your beer". I wasn't concerned as much with the snickering coming from the lady in front of me as I was with the fact that my daughter thought something was out of place if I didn't have alcohol in the cart.
But hey, those days are over now!
So how are you today?

I'm good, thanks for asking!
For the first time in a long time I was able to feed the kids, dress them, take a shower, dress myself and be out the door to pay bills before noon. I'm still trying to get the sleep thing down but I know it will come with time.
After calculating that I saved about $60 this week by not smoking/drinking I decided to take the kids to lunch and now I am looking to order some books online as a "reward" to myself.
How are you?
