Thank you all for your replies. I just wanted to say that I am ok and I will be doing this...I have never liked asking for help, and I dont feel that I can do it that way....( I am a very stubborn person and I like to do things on my own when I feel the time is right)...so anyways...I have a plan in place and will be taking care of my situation...so thanks to you all who have been so caring here and best wishes to you all!!!

Great to hear you are ok butterfly! I hate asking for help too and did do the giving up drinking my way, you can do it. But you know, now I really wish that I had done it with more people who had been there, I would have been able to learn from them and they don't mind helping, in fact it helps them, and then you have even more reasons to stay sober, eventually you get to like people. I held the thought that I was fine except for the alcohol close to me, tried to be as positive about it all as possible. Get rid of the alcohol and the problem is gone.

Just thoughts, I know where you are coming from, do it your way and the very best of luck in that. Life keeps getting better for me without alcohol, I hope it does for you too. Keep an eye on your health hey.
