Don

I have been following your posts, and your practical advice is gold. SR needs you.

One thing that works for me is the realization that accidents are preventable.

During my EMS defensive driving training, they enforced that accidents are preventable, regardless of whether or not someone else hits you. They're avoidable; iow, they're crashes, not accidents.

I think this training helped myself and innocent others to escape unscathed during my many drunk driving episodes.

But I also have applied this principle in many other areas in life, including the fact that picking up a drink is preventable - and it works.

Also, that thoughts create actions, and that every action has a reaction.... much what you're getting at.

Thanks for being here.

WOW!!! Don - cool research!

This is fascinating stuff, I read it last night but unfortunately it's disappeared now. I'm hoping you cut and pasted to file because I didn't!
