The Biritish goverment recommend six pieces of fruit a day. When I first contemplated this suggestion I thought: Impossible! No way can I eat six pieces of fruit at once and not get bored.
So, for three years now, I have spread the six pieces over the day: two in the morning, two at midday, two in the evening...
...thus cutting down anxiety, feelings of tiredness, and general lathargy, whilst boosting my overall health.
I would not be without the fruit now, it is a great addition to my life! Serious, try it!
