Good books?

Can anyone recommend a good book or two to help me through this. Not necessarily AA - 12 step oriented, but something to help me face and deal with the emotional aspect of recovery? :eo9f

I very much like the Cherokee Feast of Days --there are a few different volumes for when you find your copy falling apart. Also, I like Meditations for Women who do too Much.

I just really need to meditate more and work on my spirituality.

"Emotional Clearing" by John Ruskan to me is a favorite book of mine about healing from emotional "stuff"

Seven Weeks to Sobriety is good on the phsycial side.
Rational Recovery on the cognitive side.
I like Scott Peck's books in terms of personal growth.

I'll second jmhs002. I loved that book --and it's straight reading as compared to the 'daily reflection' type books.
