Hi Everyone
Finally made my way back to SR. What a journey this has been! I finally made the move away from BF! Showed him a trick!! Found a great ranch house near work and my son's school. Moved in over the Labor Day weekend. Still drinking, but not nearly as much as before and feeling really good about that. It's amazing the toll a bad relationship puts on a person. Not an easy thing to do: move. But I sure thank my HP for getting me through it. I feel at peace and content and HAPPY! It's been interesting rummaging around my emotional space and allowing myself to be at peace.
My new life is going to be wonderful and its going to be sober - I know it.
Hope all is well with all of you. I've got to run and take care of my boys. Oldest son down for 10 days during college break (sweetpea - helped me move on HIS birthday! (20) and he leaves today
but we're happy because we know future visits will be easygoing and pleasant as opposed to feeling as if we don't belong or are doing something wrong.
My second son (19) will be moving in!!!
Off to the Air Force this summer, so again, thanks to my HP I get to spend lots of time with him until then.
And my youngest (13) is just trilled to have "No more Craig" in the house! No my BF rules, no more BF tension, etc., etc.

Welcome back and I have missed you so, I am so so happy to see that you are back and I am glad that things are going good for you. It is only through the Grace of God that I am still here clean and sober right now, and all I have is today, I can not say that I will never go back out, but today I don't have to worry about that. No promises for me just action.

Thanks so much for the warm welcome
. Said my farwells to my son - working on his second quarter of his college program. He'll be down again next quarter.
I did make it to one HOW program and really enjoyed it. It is further away, now, but they were awfully nice people. Doesn't take long too bond at the meetings, does it? It must be the common thread.
Well, again, thank you so much for posting. It's nice to hear from friends. I'll be keeping in touch more often! Have a great Monday!
