you've gone a long way down... and it's gonna take some slow... healthy... long term behavior changes to get your self back to right...

I know for myself that sugar craves sugar... so... try and keep that to a minimum eh...
it just mimics alchohol cravings as well.. so....
try to eat fruit if you can instead...
the sugar has to be converted to glucose before the body can use it... so it' won't spike your blood sugar and send you into a craving...

I'd stay away from the liquid form of coffee for a bit as well there bud...
coffee is really hard on the stomach..
even switch to decalf is must be... ;o)
herb tea tastes good when one gets use to it..

and maybe try to get out in the fresh air once a day...
go for a walk.. take Coffee with you.. it'll do you both soooooo much good....
