Ah, the invisible line between enabling/supporting.

Are you doing for her what she should be doing for herself?

If what you do for her prevents her from facing the consequences of her actions you might be enabling her.

It is a difficult call to make sometimes but you will have to understand when and where to enforce boundaries.
