Day 7!

Today makes day 7! The shakes are gone, finally. The cravings are still there but I am rising above.

I am down to one valium in the morning only. I use 50mg of benedryl to sleep at night (per doc).

I am not nearly as crabby and my fiance is very happy about that. I have so much energy!

Just wanted to touch base with you.

I am flushing my system of toxins using what I posted here, it is working very well.
