Cravings or Urges?
I went to see my doc. yesterday she said i am experiencing urges not cravings? This is early in my recovery, into day 17!! Can anyone help me to understand the difference please. Bit boring this one but i would like to know.

For me...cravings are a physical desire for something.
An urge is mentally desireing something.
I sure have no medical knowledge..just my thoughts.
The more scientific members will be along later I imagine.
