And I am still joy filled too!

What I have found is a reasonable amount of happiness and joy in sobriety. I say reasonable because to think it's happy happy joy joy all the time is unreasonable.

I spent years chasing that elusive butterfly of happiness at the bottom of the bottle.

I can honestly say my worst day sober is better than my best day drunk.

I cherish the peace of mind and joy that sobriety has brought into my life
