Weeeeeeell, I know you didn't ask me, but:
1. Don't buy it.
2. Don't keep it in the house.
3. Don't accept it if offered.

That's an easy one, since my sponsor told me what they were.
1. Honesty
2. Open-mindedness
3. Willingness

My top three--
1) Tell on myself. If I get to feeling antsy, I need to talk to someone.
2) Pray. Just the simple act of concentrating on a little prayed can help me get out of a bad situation. Not always easy to remember, but gets better with practice.
3) Go to meetings--lots of meetings. Especially when I don't really want to go.

That is exactly what I posted on the other thread. However, I agree with others that it is hard to come up with my TOP three. I have lots of tools and I use different one for different situations.

Thanks for continuing the thread, Don!!!

Hugs to all--

Pardon the slip of the keyboard above.

No 1 Recognise the addictive voice inside my head
No 2 Realise the benefits of sobriety
No 3 Use my experiences to help others
