Later than usual check-in. Went right outside as soon as I got up (Yea in my PJ's) and played in the garden. First chance I've had for an early morning gardening in awhile. Very therapeutic. Then started tidying up a few things around the house. We are having the family over. Not so therapeutic. Enjoy my Brother, Sister-in-law & Dad. Sister and Brother-in-law? not so much. They are a bit conniving. Caramel, I know I have low B12, been taking supplements for awhile, but good suggestion thank you. I will follow that up. On the bus! |

On the Sober bus and grateful to be sober! :bus Going to watch the ladies doubles a little later. I really like women's tennis. Probably because I idolized Chris Everett when I was a kid. :grouphug: |

On de bus. 0700, cold and dark, Monday. I refuse to walk Roxy, rescued dog until the sun is up. Going to a meeting, see how she fares being in the car for an hour. I don't want her alone at home for hours...she can jump 6foot fences and she has spent most of her life, apparently chained up with little human contact. She does ok in the car-45m longest . I walk her after driving to whatever appointment , before the appt. and straight after appt...offer her water, then drive. She sleeps...maybe the car seems safe to her. |
PJ with taking her out before and after, she should be fine in the car. :). An hour isn't very long and she'll be alright. You take very good care of her. She is lucky to be your dog, :hug: If it wasn't so late in the day (4 pm here) I'd take a nap just to pass the time. Instead, I'll ride the bus. :) |

Decent family visit yesterday. Everyone seemed happy to be together, first time we've had a gathering since before the pandemic. Lot's of hugging & food (Mrs D. went overboard with the snacks and we loved it). Totaly thru the diet out the window and ate way to many carbs. On the bus! |

I am glad the family get together was pleasant and drama free Dragon. Sometimes, absence does make the heart grow fonder. On the bus, coffee in hand. Happy riding all! |
On the Sober bus! :bus I woke up in a very strange mood today. I hope it passes. It is very hot today, or feels that way so fay. Yay for air! |

Back on the bus - I've been away from SR for a while with a new job and quite a bit of travel - on buses, trains and even some planes. Glad to see there is still a spot for me, thank you! |
