Day 1 again

I'm on day 1 again I just feel physically and emotionally aweful. Anxiety chest pain vomiting fatigued and just self loathing kinda day

Day one can be horrible. It can also be your last day one. You said, "on day 1 again," meaning you tried to quit before. What do you plan to do differently this time to ensure you succeed?
