Sobriety is...

The unraveling of self-destruction!

9 years today and rolling. Nothing will derail my mental, physical and emotional health ever again. Thank you all for being here. Just to know I have a lifeline helps. We as recovering alcoholics need every tool in the chest to combat this disease. I wish you all nothing but the best!!
