I transposed those temps into F and that is crazy cold. I am here complaining of temps in the teens (-7C) which is springtime by your standards. Do you have extra heavy duty car batteries in Manitoba?
Suze, do you actually own a VW? I can't remember how the whole VW bus thing originated here. I seem to remember you saying your father was a GM dealer back home?

I think I started the VW bus thing in this thread and kept posting pics of it for several months before Venus came on board. I'm just an old hippy and they remind me of my younger days in south Florida in the sixties and seventies.

And yes, my dad worked for GM for 50 years.....first person ever to go from fitter and turner to senior management.
And I also just love VW buses, and I do want one. But it is just a dream.
