Well I guess I was lucky. The repair guy was an older retired gentleman. Nice guy, liked to talk. Apparently he's the only guy in town that does these repairs. The warranty company is based in Quebec. Disappointing thing is all he did was confirm exactly what I told the warranty people. All those pictures and explanations were for not. Parts will be ordered.

Cute puppy, Mags! My mom's roommate in rehab broke both of her arms in a fall. She and my mom got along really well, she's a really nice lady, but she's going home this weekend. I hope she gets a decent roommate who is nice. I helped her get her blankets on. Her arms were so fragile that it hurt for her to pick up blankets. I'm glad she's doing so well, I know I'll miss her! She has a lot of OT that she goes to. She has cancer too. I think she's on her own. No one ever visits. God bless her and anyone who needs blessings.
