I host an AA meeting and had a slip 2 days ago...
I host this meeting have gone back to alcohol - not hard core but you know the insanity.
I'm going to host the meeting and I will not lie about being sober - but I'm not sure I'm absolutely ready to confess to it. I will if asked. I like the people quite a bit - all old timers.
Is it wrong to still host and I should notify the home group chair person? I of course will not be drunk or have drank anything. I'm a pretty mild drinker that only drinks at night and not even that much (which always gets me to relapse.)
Anyhow - thanks for your ideas.

Have you talked to your sponsor about it? My homegroup has a "rule" of 30 days of sobriety to chair a meeting. I'm not sure what "hosting" entails...
To thine ownself be true.. but, I personally would feel pretty disingenuous chairing a meeting if I went back out. Rigorous honesty, friend.
