Thank you all so much for the well wishes. They are kind of a maintenance thing. I go every 3 months. My pain specialist says he really like it for pain because it helps a lot of things, I guess.

FYI: The SW Florida eagle cam just went live for the new season. The usual pair has been sighted together near their usual nesting site.

went to HG meeting and feel worse for it.....not all the happy, sqeaky people...but my black dog has been rough lately ...I always focus on self care...and as important, I know what not to do...

Happy Saturday. Gotta go get in line for blood extraction. Just prior to and during the pandemic, the province re-organized our labs to make them 'more efficient'. It simply resulted in long line-ups. They then added the ability to book appointments but that only results in a second line-up and confusion. Very few of these lab locations can accommodate a proper line up. The one that could, and was most convenient for me, was closed a few months ago.
