Truth and reconciliation day...without looking at the link I have to ponder how difficult truth and reconciliation would be on a National level. Lofty goal!
On the bus, the way too early bus. Cat and her middle-of-the-night yowlings woke me up. I can't figure out why some nights she does it. It would be good if she would stop.

I was up real early too but somehow managed to get back to sleep. My boy cat likes to scratch really loudly and shake the bed to wake us up.....so, I am up now. Kind of a rough nights sleep for no real reasons. Im mentally feeling a bit off center. The last few days at work have been high stress. Such is life. Have a good day, ALL!

I go for my Botox shots this afternoon for my migraines. I won't go into detail. I know some of us are queasy. 
I just adore this doctor and he's so handsome and kind. He's the only neurologist in my long years of seeing them in different states, that I like. Most are borderline sadists. Feeling very lucky I have this doctor!
On the bus with the best people.
