Please Stay on the Sober Bus Part 45
Finally, I am back online. After many "unplug this router, re-plug that router", do another search, switch back, try that, NOPE. Repeat. I finally found a support number. After 40+ years of dealing with multiple mainframes, minicomputers, microcomputers operating systems, and programming languages I can clearly state that this is the most completely undocumented and incomprehensibly linked web mess that I could have ever imagined. Thank you support person. You deserve a medal - NOPE, clearly a promotion and hefty raise.
On the bus but very shaky.

Hey Charon, I've had a long and sordid career in IT myself. 36 years and still going. Started out as office support when the IBM 8088 PC's came into production. Installed my first automated Telex back then. Then a move to IBM mainframe operator later led to years working with Digital VAX VMS and Alpha VMS systems (Digital was later bought by Compaq then by HP). I automated the system in the early 90's and we move to lights out operations and I move to a permanent office hours. No more night shifts.
