Good advice guys. I'll go to the shop en route and get a soft drink. It's sunny here today and I'm sure we'll sit in the garden and my brother will be drinking. So if I don't have anything that would make staying sober harder for me .

Ya know drinkers don't like to eat and ruin the high and/or they wait a long time to eat... and people trying to quit NEED to eat - so don't let yourself get hungry.

Our grandsons are here for an extended visit so it is hard to keep with the Sober Bus activities. We are busy and tired (biological clocks are a good thing 😂
but we are having a blast.
Bim, my grandsons and I just watched My Octopus Teacher; they were completely captivated by the film; they were both a bit teary eyed at the end. We had such a great discussion about octopus and marine life afterwards. Thank you so much, Bim, for bringing this film to my attention and, thus, this wonderful shared experience with my grandsons. They now want to read Soul of an Octopus. I cannot thank you enough.
