Our taxes frustrated me for a few weeks. I get it.
You will get it done! I believe in you

On the bus, but taking it slow today - my biorhythms must be off (Is this even a thing anymore?)

Day 134…Sunny Saturday afternoon and beautiful 75 degrees F! So tempted to have a nice cold 12-Pack! But I’m reminded of how horrible those withdrawals were! NO THANKS!!

Staying on the Bus!!

I do think there is something legit behind the biorhythm theory of cycles. Perhaps it is related to lunar cycles.

On the early work sober bus, coffee in hand.

Happy riding all!

I'm not fully convinced yet, but I suspect the lunar cycles affect my quality of sleep.

Happy Sunday!

I walked out the door yesterday to be greeted by a thoroughly mud covered and wet little shih tzu puppy. The mother had just untangled her from her flower bed when the little pup escaped and ran right to me. It was the funniest thing I'd ever seen. The mother was not impressed.

Another warm and sunny day!

On the bus, let's hit the beach!

I think it's a sign that you need a Shih Tzu, Dragon.

Easy for me to say. When my current kitty is gone I'm done with animals in the house. Done I tell ya, don't let me go to the shelter.

On the bus on this beautiful early morning.

MITA I know you take a fair amount of flights for your job, maybe that could have an effect.

Yeah, Sao, the flying and time-zone management is a real energy sucker - sometimes it hits a few days later and as I get older my ability to handle all that is not so great. My travel is way down, though, and I don't think it will ever get back to what it was a few years ago - I'm very thankful for that

Like many people here, I do have some chronic anxiety issues that wear me down - I think that's a lot of it for me. I'm better at managing it than I used to be, but sometimes I still just crash. Not sure if there is any correlation with body clocks or lunar cycles or anything like that!!

Anyway, on the Sober Bus is the place to be on this beautiful Sunday. I'm gonna take a little drive up into the mountains later - all are welcome to join!!

LOL, the non anxious mountain ... "with the barkers and the colored balloons"!!

I had a nice trip up north along the Mazatzal Mountains almost to the Mogollon Rim. It's an easy scenic drive - no anxiety

Bim, I know what you mean. Luke is on his last legs now, just a matter of time before he crosses the rainbow. I was thinking this may be my last animal, for a number of reasons, but I sure do miss having an animal with me when I don't. If I do, it will be a rescue animal. I can't adopt any other kind of animal, I don't think we ever did anything but rescues and we had some excellent dogs and cats!!

Sao, that was a good one!
Have a great one everyone. A little cooler today, yay! Just a few sprinkles...

Another good weekend, here is my design for floating shelves that will be use to hold the dogs urns and memories. Made from old weather worn pieces of reclaimed lumber. The little piece is mounted on the wall and larger bit is pressed all the way onto the dowels. I left the front edge rough on purpose. All I need now is an amber finish. since I can't find shellac anywhere near by, I'll have to settle for a stain.

On the Soberbus

Dragon, nice shelf, just the job.

Bim, yeah...I’ve said that I’m never having another pet so many times.

Aly, hugs for you and Luke xx

Love the shelf Dragon.

Now I will be singing "Sugar Mountain" all day long MITA. Thanks.

On the early work sober bus, coffee clenched firmly in hand.

Happy riding all!
