I really don't know what to say say other than I have getting drunk and stoned every other day. I've started have neuropathic symptoms in hands arms and feet which manifest it self as pins and needles. I don't know if its realted to my drinking.
I need to stop because I believe Its starting to effect my health. Furthermore all I think about is when I can do it again. This no way to live my life. I realize now that I didn't want to quit I just wanted to use and drink without feeling bad, which is impossible. Tomorrow will be day 3 sober for me. Also im commiting eating reasonable healthy. Not perfect just sane.
I want to quit now. I also am fully vaccinated now so I plan on attending aa meetings in person. I can't do this alone but I can do it with help. David
