I'm on the Sober Bus, and very happy about that!!

A little tired here, too. Sleep was a little elusive last night, which happens .... fortunately I don't have a lot on the calendar today. I'll just take a quiet seat in the back

Could not sleep much last night either. Something is in the air?

On the bus, coffee in hand.

Have a good day all!

Sorry to hear some of you have not slept well. I really dont like it when sleep is an issue.
As for me, I napped for a really long time yesterday and then went to bed early. Everything was tired. I am feeling better and better as the days progress.

Good Morning! On the bus and grateful!

Sleep was back on track for me last night. I think I had been under-eating for a few days since I switched to lower salt, and once I ate a whole lot I felt better and was able to sleep. Funny/not funny how that works.

On da bus on my favorite day, Sunday.

On the Sunday sober bus.
We call him Scruffy Puppy 'cause he doesn't shed, instead his hair just grows long. He doesn't go to the groomers 'cause he snaps at any one other than me who dares handle his head (I was the one that handled him in puppy training school). So I do all the grooming and no matter how hard I try, he's always a scruffy mess. He had a stellar day yesterday, so far today is not looking as good.

Spent some time in the garage yesterday making a box for my new air compressor. It's embarrassingly loud when I use it for spray painting and the garage door is open. I discovered that some sound proofing foam panels make a world of difference. So a sound dampening box is in the works. I'm quite chuffed with myself, It's working out nicely, and I'm learning to handle large cuts on my table saw.

Still on the bus. Got side tracked yesterday. Mrs found a garage sale freezer in fantastic shape at a fantastic price - $25. My daughter and boyfriend have been wanting one for over a year and never got around to it. Mrs jumped on it and I ended up getting my trailer ready and boyfriend and I moved it from here to there. On the way I picked up a new easy start chainsaw - and it does start easy. I did some cutting of down trees to allow me to make a trail to connect both ends of the previous one that wandered over the property line. Now it stays on our property and it's a full loop. By the time I got that done I was whooped. So shower, dinner, and rest.

THis morning Mrs & I collected the donation bags she put out last week for the food pantry. People were quite generous. THen a nap - both from yeaterday and from getting up early to get a start on collecting the bags.

On the Sunday Sober Bus. Sleeping quarters are a great feature.

MITA, great saying. My nannan always had her catnaps in the afternoon.

Purps ideal music for falling to sleep with.

Taking a seat on the early work sober bus. Sleep is hard to come by. Severe thunderstorms rolled through overnight.

Happy riding all!

On the bus.
Cleared the outside storage of all the things we didn't need yesterday. Yard work. Cat napped with a cat for over an hour yesterday afternoon. Its was a productive weekend, A part of our fence had to go. The Jasmine destroyed it and our neighbor is doing some serious outdoor clearing. We will be hanging a new fence over the next few summers. The neighbor has said "If you all are going to put the fence in then I will cover the materials." My response "We have never done this before so we are paying for half. By the time we get to the end we will probably know how to do this but lets just see how this goes" haha. Here's to Youtube and a whole lot of patience. It cant be that hard, right? Anyways......I get to learn about carpentry.
