So tired
Well it's day three still sober, but so exhausted. Im not going through withdrawal I wasn't a daily drinker. I been dealing with fatigue for a while now. So tired can't get out of bed. I go to the doctor all the time they can't figure out what's wrong.

I was without energy for well over a month, maybe two. I really did a number on my mind and body with decades of addiction.
Most of us are pretty fatigued when we quit David, but if its been going on a while it's good you saw your doctor.

Congrats on 3 days David, and I'm glad you are involving your doctor with what's going on. I hope that the longer you stay sober it helps things improve. Have you explored the mental heath side of things by chance? I know a lot of people have been dealing with depression these days with all else happening in the world.
