Been very busy with family matters. Hope to catch up soon.
My husband I received COVID vaccines; only experienced still sore arms and several hours of fogginess and headaches which are now gone.

So sorry for your loss Sunpengwn.
I don't sleep thru the night like I did in early sobriety. Most night are ok, but I go thru bouts of difficult sleep. I find that if I stress about my sleep it just seems to be worse.
I've had a few covid dreams, seems to be a recurring situation where I find myself maskless in a crowd of maskless people.
Leigh, which vaccine brand did you get? Just curious.
Happy Friday! Made it thru another week. I'm going into work tomorrow morning to complete a project but I am totally prepared so no stress.

I stayed up until 8PM! I slept until 3:04. Yes, those four minutes were precious.
I did get out for a slow walk on the sprained ankle yesterday.. It was fantastic.
On the sober bus with our retired-now-out-of-retirement MMB.
MMB, where did you go when you were gone for so long? Please tell me you were on a boat in the Seychelles.

Been a lot going on but, that's life for you.
Still thank God often
that I'm not drinking today
for I still remember it was hell out there.
Been attending AA as always.
Since Covid-19 hit we have lost a few
that went back out.
As we know it's a terrible thing to relasph.
One young Lady in our group called me for help
but,, she refused going into treatment
she was dead within a few weeks
I miss her much..
Doesn't matter if rich or poor..
She owned a house (paid for) and business.
Drank herself to death.
I hate that.

Breakfast is on me......... I have French Toast with all the cut up fruit you want....

Good Morning, Sober Bus Riders!
Its FRIDAY! I've had an intense week of work. There were issues that needed to be resolved requiring a conversation that was hard to have. We resolved it and I am hopeful all of this works out positively. We will see how this plays out. I am protected by laws and that is all I will say about the matter. It has been weighing me down for months now.
I'm going to make this day the best day I can. Do the work and come home to a 4 day break. I am sober and getting through this sober. I am calm. I am level. We are doing this sober thing!
