I just got home. 2 days of fasting and I think I am going to take a nice nap, if I can.

Fingers crossed for good results for you, Aly. My back is much improved with only the occasional twinge; still doing the exercises. The best of all, sleep has returned to normal. Thanks for asking.
Still no Fall here; the forecasts for cooler temps keep evaporating as the promised cooler days draw nearer. It has been cooling down a little more quickly in the evening, though.

Greetings, Sober Busers!
Love the little blue bus, CanadianKoala.
Went to the beach last night for a picnic dinner and the hopes of a great sunset. The sunset itself was a bust but the ‘Afterset’ was simply spectacular. We stuck around for a while and we were treated to a spectacular meteor fireball around 8:20 pm, maybe a little later. I had never seen anything like it and likely will not again. What a treat.
