I am still doing the farkin' thing, feeling not so bad.
A bit worried and semi paranoid about getting out of this short term residential, dealing with society sober.
Trying to overcome anxiety and gain strength to overcome these demons.
I am going to another long term program from here.
If I can do it...
Believe, it gets better on the daily.

I’m on day 16. In many ways things are much easier sober. Getting proper sleep is huge.

Just keep going. It gets easier with each day passing. If you go back to drinking then you're going the wrong way.
