Two weeks...next week will be interesting....

Today makes two weeks sober. This has been an interesting two weeks with everything going on in the world. Add my bipolar to the equation and we have ourselves organized chaos.

I've learned some things about myself, specifically concerning my bipolar diagnoses. Apparently I am hypergraphic in my manic phases, which basically means I have a compulsion to write. Makes sense, as I am plowing through pocket journals faster than I ever have in over ten years. Printed out some articles on the matter and should make for some good bedtime reading.

Anyways, evenings are still my hardest time of day, at least when it comes to cravings. I've taken to making banana smoothies which seems to help with that. Also been having a cup of tea at bedtime as well.

All in all, trying to keep focused on the here and now. Have a few outdoorsy projects lined up. So far I still have a job, but preparing for the worst of getting quarantined in case I get exposed.

God bless.

Looking forward to a (mostly) rain-free weekend. Got some projects to start and others to wrap up. Its the weekends where I need to keep my sobriety a priority above all else.
