Nothing?
As odd as it sounds when you have been reduced to nothing, you have everything in front of you. I as well as hordes of people on this site can attest to the Phoenix rising from the ashes. Another way to look at it is.. When you have been stripped down to nothing you are free to become anything you want. Think about it and admit it is intriguing. Everyday is a new opportunity to become a little closer to the person that you always wanted to be. A lot of the pain you are reflecting are the substances and the hurt you are trying to rid yourself of. First step is first and make a doctor's appointment to take stock and be honest. Every step you take is one step away from the person that you don't want to be.
